The Sports Prototype Cup North America is reaching its thrilling conclusion with four high-stakes races at the iconic COTA this weekend. With a total of 64 points up for grabs across 2 one-hour and 2 25-minute races, the championship is wide open.

The Sports Prototype Cup North America is a premier racing series in association with the Prototype Sprint Series Association (PSSA), and it is an integral part of the esteemed Trans Am SpeedTour. PSSA is dedicated to hosting sprint-style prototype races at some of the most legendary road courses across the United States, and COTA undoubtedly ranks among the most iconic.


The Austin SpeedTour event offers a unique experience for racing enthusiasts and families alike. It provides the opportunity to get up close and personal with celebrated drivers, legendary race cars, and so much more. The SpeedTour showcases a diverse lineup of racers and cars, featuring Prototypes, Trans Am, Sportscar Vintage Racing (SVRA), F4, and International GT (IGT).


Beyond the on-track action, spectators can immerse themselves in a vintage car show and enjoy exclusive access to the garages and paddocks, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the heart of motorsport. What sets this event apart is the vibrant Vendor Row, where attendees can find everything from stylish tee shirts, safety equipment, and jewellery to vintage posters and memorabilia, along with rare and hard-to-find parts.


The competition on the track promises to be fierce, with a formidable field of over 25 prototypes, including seven remarkable Revolutions. Representing Revolution in this high-stakes showdown are:-

Sunday 5th Nov

  • 08:00 enduro rave two (60 mins)

  • 14:30 feature race three (30 mins)

  • 16:20 enduro race four (60 mins)
