Revolution Race Cars accelerates US expansion with DAS Sport dealer appointment

DAS Sport joins Revolution's expanding dealer network, creating a new hub for advanced prototype sportscar racing across the southeastern United States.

Revolution Race Cars has appointed DAS Sport as its newest Certified Gold Dealer in the United States, strengthening its presence across the Mid-Atlantic region (Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia) at a time of growing demand for Revolution’s advanced track cars.

The appointment comes as the all-new Revolution HyperSport completes its first shakedown testing sessions, with DAS Sport already committing to the programme by reserving early Revolution HyperSport build slots.

DAS Sport, based in Savannah, Georgia, has earned an outstanding reputation over more than three decades of supporting customers in historic motorsport. As a Certified Gold Dealer, DAS Sport will provide sales, servicing, parts, technical support and trackside assistance for Revolution's complete range of prototypes - including the Revolution HyperSport and flagship 500 EVO models - across Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia, and beyond.

The partnership improves local access to Revolution ownership across one of North America’s most active motorsport regions. DAS Sport is ideally positioned to support customers competing in racing series including Revolution Cup NA, Zenith Racing Series, Racing America and Historic Sportscar Racing, while also providing support to track day customers at some of the region’s finest racing venues such as Virginia International Raceway and Roebling Road Raceway.

Nigel Redwood, Managing Director, Revolution Race Cars, said: “One of our key objectives is to make prototype racing more attainable. DAS Sport has built an outstanding reputation within the historic racing community, and their involvement in Historic Sportscar Racing and the Zenith Racing Series, for example, makes them well placed to introduce even more drivers to Revolution. Their early commitment to HyperSport demonstrates the confidence they have in where Revolution is heading. As we continue to expand our customer base in North America, DAS Sport will play an important role in that growth.”

Founded in 1992, DAS Sport built its reputation through Porsche preparation and historic motorsport before expanding into race engineering, fabrication, storage and trackside support for all performance cars.

The appointment marks a further step in Revolution's global growth strategy, expanding customer support across North America and strengthening a dealer network that includes more than 10 locations spanning the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia and Australasia.

Gary Stanberry, Director, DAS Sport, said: “Joining the Revolution family is a natural progression for our business. For more than 30 years we've built relationships with drivers who value genuine motorsport expertise, and Revolution is a company that reflects those same values. We want to bring Le Mans-inspired prototype performance within reach of grassroots competitors across the Mid-Atlantic region, and we can’t wait to put our customers behind the wheel of a Revolution. From HyperSport to 500 EVO, there’s a Revolution for every level of track driver.”
