Revolution Race Cars has unveiled the Revolution HyperSport, an all-new lightweight track car that combines learnings from single seater, GT and prototype race cars to create a new segment of the track-driving market.

Designed from a clean sheet, HyperSport brings together Revolution’s signature performance and safety principles into one package aimed at both competitive racing and serious track day drivers.

At its core, the HyperSport rethinks what a track-only car can deliver. While prototype performance and safety have traditionally come with significant cost and operational complexity, Revolution’s latest car removes those barriers without compromising capability.

Available from summer 2026 and priced below £120,000, HyperSport represents one of the most attainable entry points to true high-end prototype-level performance.

A new category of race car

At its core, HyperSport rethinks what a track-only car can deliver.

With a dry weight of under 700 kg and a 2.0 litre turbocharged engine, it produces 430 bhp/tonne, delivering exceptional performance with confidence inspiring driving characteristics.

It offers many of the benefits of GT machinery, combined with the cornering performance and ease of maintenance of a prototype.

Performance through intelligent design

HyperSport’s low drag aerodynamic philosophy improves efficiency and enables close racing.

A semi-ground effect underfloor delivers stable, predictable downforce, while a mechanical grip-focused setup ensures a progressive and intuitive driving experience.

The result is a car that drivers of all experience levels can trust and exploit from day one. ‘Exhilarating, not intimidating’ was at the heart of our design philosophy.

Safety without compromise

At its core is a carbon fibre monocoque chassis tested to FIA standards. This is unique at this price point.

HyperSport Tested to FIA Standards

The car integrates Revolution’s double halo concept with an IndyCar-style aeroscreen, delivering exceptional protection for drivers and passengers.

Its modular design ensures ease of maintenance, while flexible cockpit configurations allow for multiple driving positions and two-seat capability.

Ready for track and competition

HyperSport has been engineered as both a track car and a race-ready platform.

Revolution-promoted race classes will launch in Europe and North America ahead of the 2027 season.

VIP customers will also have the opportunity to participate in exclusive race packages, including Portimão in October 2026.

Available from summer 2026 and priced below £120,000, HyperSport represents one of the most accessible ways to experience true prototype-level performance.
