Jude Peters to Stand In for Eitan Zidkilov at Silverstone Season Opener

Revolution Race Cars has confirmed a late driver change ahead of the opening round of the 2026 Equipe Sports Prototypes series at Silverstone International this weekend.

Eitan Zidkilov, recently announced as a key figure in Revolution’s factory works three-car line-up, will unfortunately miss the first race of the season due to the ongoing conflict in his home country of Israel.

In his absence, the team has called upon British driver Jude Peters to step into the cockpit for the Silverstone round.

Peters arrives as one of the most exciting young talents on the prototype racing ladder. After initially making his name through sim racing, he became the first driver from a virtual background to win the prestigious Ginetta Junior Scholarship in 2023, earning a fully funded season and marking the start of his rapid rise through the ranks.

He went on to secure the Ginetta Junior Freshman Championship in 2024 before progressing into prototype racing. In 2025, Peters competed in the Ligier European Series, where he enjoyed a breakthrough campaign, finishing third overall, scoring multiple podiums, and taking a standout victory at Spa.

Known for his adaptability and composure, Peters has demonstrated an ability to translate performance across disciplines, from sim racing to junior categories and now into endurance prototypes, making him a strong candidate for a late call-up.

The opportunity also marks a return to familiar surroundings, with Peters having previously tested Revolution machinery in December 2024, where he impressed the team with both pace and technical feedback.

Revolution Race Cars has expressed its support for Zidkilov during this time and looks forward to welcoming him back to the grid later in the season.

For Peters, the Silverstone opener represents another significant step as he prepares to make the move into LMP3 competition in the Michelin Le Mans Cup this year, continuing his progression on the endurance racing ladder.

Further updates on Zidkilov’s return will be provided in due course.
