Road Atlanta SpeedTour next up for the Revolution Cup

The Mission Foods Atlanta SpeedTour, promises an action-packed event suitable for families to enjoy throughout the entire weekend. Featuring a diverse line-up of racers and cars from various categories including Prototypes, Trans Am, Sportscar Vintage Racing (SVRA), and International GT (IGT), the SpeedTour offers an exhilarating experience for motorsport enthusiasts. At the heart of the action is the Revolution Cup, a championship within The Prototype Sprint Series Association (PSSA) presented by Hankook. The PSSA is specifically tailored to showcase prototype race cars in a sprint race format at renowned American road courses, featuring a range of Revolution, Ligier, Radical, and Wolf prototypes and is expecting a 20 car grid at least for this event

 

Two prominent teams, Esses Racing and Classic Car Club (CCC) Racing, are proudly representing Revolution in the competition. The line-up of drivers includes:

  • 09:40 - 30 minutes free practice

  • 11:40 - 30 minutes free practice

  • 15:20 - 30 minutes free practice

 

Friday, March 22nd 

  • 09:25 - 25 minutes free practice

  • 16:20 – 25 minutes qualifying one

 

Saturday, March 23rd

  • 09:05 – 25 minutes qualifying two

  • 15:05 – Sprint race one (30 mins)

Sunday, March 24th 

  • 14:40 – Sprint race two (30 mins)

  • 16:00 – Endurance race (60 mins)
